During a sit down with DJ Sbu and Penuel on their podcast, The Hustlers Corner, MacG revealed that Sbu is the reason he didn’t give up on Podcast & Chill.
His podcast hadn’t made any money for 2 years and he was ready to throw in the towel, but a conversation with DJ Sbu changed it all. Sbu told him he was on the right track and should continue pushing, see the video clip below:
Today MacG has the biggest podcast in Africa with over a million subscribers, employing 30+ young South Africans, has multiple brand endorsements, and also gave other podcasters a chance to run their shows behind the Podcast & Chill brand.
